Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how Circle of Humanity users can request account deletion and what happens to their data after the request is verified.

Current deletion method

Account deletion is currently handled through support email only. There is no in-app delete account button in the current app version.

  • Send the request from the same email used for your account, if possible.
  • Include your full name and phone number to help verification.
  • We may ask for additional verification before deleting data.

What will be deleted

  • Your app profile and sign-in access.
  • App-linked personal data, deleted or anonymized as part of the request.
  • Content tied to your account, except records required by law.

Retention and processing

  • Requests are handled after identity verification.
  • We aim to process requests as quickly as possible.
  • Legal, tax, anti-fraud, or payment records may be retained only when required.

Deletion requests without enough account details may be delayed until verification is completed.
